  2. Damages: If your art arrived damaged, attach clear photos of the print and the packaging immediately. We cannot process replacements without photographic evidence.

  3. Changes: If you need to update an address, mark the subject line "URGENT: Address Change". (Note: We can only modify orders within 1 hour of placement).
