OVERVIEW This website is operated by GRAVERRA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to GRAVERRA. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing a commissioned piece from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. THE ARTWORK & PRODUCTION

We are a made-to-order design house. We do not hold inventory. By placing an order, you are commissioning a custom manufacturing process for a specific piece of art (Acrylic, Aluminum, Canvas, or Poster) based on your specifications.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final physical print ink.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All artwork, designs, graphics, and text on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of GRAVERRA.

By purchasing a product, you are granted a license to use the physical item for personal display only.

  • You may NOT scan, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or the artwork.

  • You may NOT use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Any violation of these rights will result in immediate legal action.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as payment processors or logistics partners like Gelato).

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
